Most projects take 2-4 weeks from kickoff to launch. Complex builds may take 4-6 weeks. I'll give you an exact timeline in the proposal—no guessing.
If I can't deliver what I promised, I don't invoice you. Simple as that. I also offer 30 days of post-launch support. If something breaks or needs adjustment, I fix it—no additional fees.
I like to quote a price upfront. This means you know exactly what you’re paying ahead of time, with no surprises later. A 50% deposit is required before project starts and the other 50% before project hand over to the client. Feel free to ask if you would prefer a different payment arrangement.
I'm upfront: Webflow is my core expertise. For Shopify and Next.js, I bring in specialists I trust and vet personally. You still work with me—I just ensure the right expert builds your site.
If you need WordPress, custom PHP, or other platforms, I'll refer you to someone better suited for the job.
Absolutely! Though based in Australia, I am open to working with clients from any part of the globe.
Yes, I give free support for one month after project completion. For any help after that, we can work out an ongoing arrangement!
